I have started my professional journey from a small village, Mahua, Mahoba, Bundelkhand, India. After finishing my technical school education from Khirsadoh, Chhindwara India. Soon after I completed my Electrical Engineering Bachelor Degree with top rank in University Merit List. My passion and Interest in R&D bring me to the Technical Education of MP, India where I joined Government Engineering College SAGAR India as Class-I officer. And my interest to business intricacy directed me to MIT Boston, Sloan School of Management for executive leadership education in new product development and later to Southern Denmark University (SDU) to complete M.Sc. Engineering Education in Innovation and Business with specialization on Business Strategy. I have been recognized by CEO and President of Danfoss for my groundbreaking innovative idea for digital product in 2015 with "Man on the Moon (MOtM) award".

I would like to contribute as research and technology leader for betterment of global society with my learning and knowledge in the business of  green energy technology and power electronics and drives product innovation, help to startup enthusiast and research community  of industrial electronics who is working tirelessly to make this planet safer and playful for our next generation.
